How much does a QR ordering system cost per month?
OrderEase has two plans. STARTER at NT$1,950/month covers QR code ordering, menu and table management, real-time orders, analytics, and receipt printing. PRO at NT$2,450/month adds POS checkout, the kitchen display system (KDS), shift management, cash drawer integration, and offline mode. Both include unlimited tables and orders — no setup fee, no commission.
Do I need to buy a POS terminal or tablet?
No dedicated hardware is required. Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser works; an ordinary Android tablet doubles as the POS register, and common Ethernet ESC/POS thermal printers are supported.
Is there a contract or any hidden fee?
No. Billing is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. The price already covers updates and support — no annual fee, maintenance fee or upgrade fee. The e-invoice module is included at no extra charge; the only cost not covered is the invoice track number and value-added-center (e.g. ECPay) transmission fee, contracted and paid by the merchant directly to that provider.
