We still recommend offering customer Wi-Fi for two reasons: (1) "Free Wi-Fi" creates a positive impression and is a low-cost service upgrade; (2) some elderly guests, foreign tourists, or prepaid-SIM users have unstable mobile data, and venue Wi-Fi makes the experience more reliable.
