Many Devices at Once — Why It Doesn't Get Messy
The system manages each phone's basket through a table session: everyone's basket is independent yet visible to the whole table in real time — what you added and what others added shows on every phone at the table. Orders merge into the table tab with each item tagged with who ordered it, so neither the kitchen nor the bill gets confused. Someone joining mid-meal — the fifth friend running late — just scans the same table code and lands in the same session.

Frequently Asked Questions
With everyone ordering at once, won't the same dish get ordered twice?
Baskets sync in real time and are visible to the whole table — if someone already put the signature hot pot in their basket, you can see it and won't add another. And if the table genuinely wants two, they show as two explicit line items, so the kitchen is never confused.
Can we split the bill?
Yes. Every item in the merged table tab records who ordered it, so at checkout you can settle the whole table together or split it per person at the POS — everyone pays for their own items.
What about older guests without a smartphone?
Staff can enter their items on the POS, and those items go straight into the same table tab, merged with everyone's phone orders. Serving and checkout work exactly the same.
Is there a limit on how many people can order at one table?
No hard limit — at a table of ten, everyone just scans the same table code. The system manages all devices through the table session, and headcount doesn't affect merging or checkout.
