Loyalty Points
Automatic points that give customers a reason to come back
Customers earn points automatically at checkout with just a phone number, and redeem them on the next visit. You set the earn rate, redemption rate and expiry; guests never download an app or add an account, and the member data stays in your hands.
How it works: earn at checkout, redeem next time
At checkout the customer gives a phone number (or it's linked automatically during QR ordering), and points accrue by spend — say, 1 point per NT$30. No paper punch cards to lose, no stamps to fade.
On the next visit, points offset the bill at the rate you set. Staff see the balance right on the POS and apply redemption with one tap — no mental math.
Your rules, not the platform's
How much spend earns a point, what a point is worth, and when points expire — all three are configured in your dashboard. Double-points opening week? Weekday boosts? Change a number and it's live.
Expiry reminders give dormant customers a reason to return, and every point movement is logged — manual adjustments included — so reconciliation is never guesswork.
The member list is yours, not a platform's
Run loyalty through a messaging platform and the member list effectively belongs to the platform — switch services and the relationships evaporate. OrderEase keeps member data under your own store account: spend history, points history, visit frequency.
Loyalty and ordering data are naturally connected: who orders what, how often they return — it's all in your reports, so promotions can target the right people.
Zero friction for guests: no app, no friend-adding
Ask customers to install an app for points and most give up on the spot. OrderEase needs only a phone number — a bar so low nobody refuses.
QR-ordering customers can link their number right in the ordering flow, dine-in or takeout. No forced account-adding, so even one-time visitors start earning painlessly.
Loyalty is built into OrderEase plans — no per-member billing, no add-on module fee.

Do customers need an app or to add an account?
Neither. Points work with just a phone number, given at checkout or linked during QR ordering. There is nothing to install and nobody to friend.
Do points expire?
You decide. Set a fixed validity (for example one year) or make points permanent; the expiry rule is enforced automatically by the system.
Can I migrate members from paper punch cards?
Yes. The dashboard supports manual point adjustments (fully logged), so existing balances can be credited to each customer's phone number.
How is this different from messaging-app loyalty cards?
Two key differences: customers don't have to add any account (lower friction), and the member data lives under your own account rather than a platform's — the list, spend history and visit data are your asset.
